1. Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide. Whether you are in Accra, Kumasi, Tamale, or any other region, we can get your order to you via our network of reliable transport partners.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Equipment & Drugs: Typically dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery takes 1-3 business days depending on your location.
- Day-Old Chicks: Scheduled based on hatch dates. We will contact you to confirm the pickup or delivery day.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You will be informed of the delivery fee before dispatch.
4. Store Pickup
You can choose to pick up your order from our farm location free of charge. Please bring your order confirmation when coming for pickup.
5. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please report it immediately (within 24 hours) via WhatsApp or phone call for a replacement or refund assessment.
